lol wow i'm sad.

so today, i went to home depot because i needed bird net for my summer project (a garden). one of my strawberry plants has lots of cute strawberries (ranging from decent size to just starting, so i won't really specify a size) growing on it, and i need to protect them from the birds, and Alexandra (she's a fruit monster and I'm kinda worried that she's gonna try and eat them before they're even ripe. or at all. lol)

oh wait! have i introduced you to my sisters? I'm pretty sure i neglected to mention them when i did my first post.

Victoria-12, sassy, 5' 11"-ish (holy CRAP!), fairly decent most of the time, just kinda talks to my friends without hanging on them.

Alexandra- 10, bossy, pushy, cranky, preppy, annoying, significantly less than 5' 11" lol. well, maybe not. idk how tall she is. i know she's taller than Queenie by at least a couple inches, but most people are..., very hard to get along with, tries to suck up to my friends.

it's not that i don't love my sisters equally (well..that's not entirely true...jk!...maybe.) it's just that most of the time, Victoria is so much easier to get along with! but ANYWAYS!

wait....where was i? oh YEAH! and so i got the bird net, and i started un-rolling it. it was a hassle from the start! so i started breaking little stick thingies to hold the net to the ground (don't worry, it's all relevant!) and eventually, i was looking at it, and some of the net was drooping onto the plants because I'm incapable of doing something like this right, and i was already sick of that crap. so i grabbed my scissors, some of my stick thingies, and pulled back some of the net and scooched forward so i was under it. like an idiot.
so once i got my stuff all tied down or whatever, i was like "ok, now i can just cut this and tie it closed.
problem is, the stuff was all bunched and twisted behind me, so i was trapped in. AND i couldn't tell where all of the stuff was, because in the right lighting (which just happened to be most of the light outside of course) it kinda "disappears". and so i grabbed my scissors and started cutting, but thanks to the amazing disappearing net, i couldn't tell where i had cut, and i was cutting blindly. and then the little screw thing holding the scissor blades together would get caught on the net, and it was a DISASTER!
i swear to god, it took me 20min to cut myself out of the netting, and i was pissed off when i got done!

so imagine a 5' 9", 14 year old girl in a t-shirt and shorts with wild hair and filthy bare feet trapped in bird netting with a couple little strawberry plants, sitting in the dirt with scissors, cutting madly at what seems like practically nothing, and thrashing a little and muttering to themselves angrily as they try to hold up bunches of black plastic net.
SURE! you laugh now, but how about i trap you in an area that's about 2x2 (feet) and then wrap some practically invisible, stubborn, plastic-ish netting! and then, tie it down, give you some scissors, and tell you to get out! we'll see how funny it is after that!
well, actually, i think it's pretty funny now, but at the time it wasn't! it sucked!

and in the mean time, my broccoli and chives are growing like crazy and my mom is freaking out about the one flower on the tomato plants. lol

so that's my story for the day.

and also, i went to my aunt's campground yesterday (well, technically, its not HERS, but she practically lives out there in the summer, so we just call it hers.) and there were some army guys there that had just come back from an Iraq tour or whatever, and most of them were CUTE! lol
my mom and aunt were like "if you were like 3 years older, you'd be having a field day out there!
but anyways, they were all over the place, fishing and talking and hanging out at the canteen and stuff, and i guess when Victoria was over watching my baby cousin and she was going back to my aunt's camper, there were these guys playing football. she said she was kinda watching them, and this guy kept like looking at her, and he missed a pass or whatever and he started doing a bunch of push ups super fast all of the sudden.
lol i was trying to tell her that he was probably trying to show off for her or something, but she was all like "no no. he was probably in a contest or something with his friends." i. think. not.
who knows? maybe I'm wrong, but normally, guys do stuff like a million fast push ups when they're trying to show off, and since Victoria is a giant, and has been mistaken for a high schooler more than once, i wouldn't be surprised if he thought she was older than 12. lol
so yeah. now i feel all boy crazy because it's not like i wasn't thinking about being older than i am. but it was like 100 something cute guys all running around! and Victoria was thinking it too!
lol i am SUCH a weirdo.

hopefully i don't have to re-open that netting to water the plants, 'cause i might not make it out if i do...

rrg. my dress that i was forced to get is like right above my knees and i look like a giraffe/zebra/really weird tree. also, why does Bethany talk about me going out with people so much!?
today in gym when she was guessing who i like (you all should know who it is by now)after a couple people, she was like "are you going out with someone?" WHAT?! if i was going out with someone from school, i would tell them. if it was someone outside of school i would tell them. but I'm trying to decide if i would tell them if the (super unlikely) event of me going out with sunshine happened. also, she asks the weirdest questions sometimes. like she has asked me multiple times if i would go out with the person i like. DUH!

but that's all for now because i need to sleep...

well, if you know the joke you'll get the title. not sure why i picked that title, but thats what im going to go with. SO....

today in gym, (before the teachers come in, i always talk to Bethany and Jenny because their squad is on the other side of the gym) i was talking Bethany and Jenny. i dont even remember what we were talking about! i think i was joking about something and bethany just randomly says... "you need a boyfriend."

WHAT?!

so i asked her why and she's just like "i dont know....you just do." ...thanks bethany. ROB(ed)L. so while we were slacking off instead of playing mat ball, we were trying to figure out people that i would go out with. lol it turns out that list is quite small. some people are ok, but the people that aren't "popular" or "semi popular" are all WEIRD in one way or another. (does this explain my social status? most likely. LOL im weird in more way than one.) and lots of the "popular" people are stupid jerks so whatev. and bethany was like "well...would you go out with mystery man a.k.a. the guy you like that you won't tell us about?" and then she gave me a look that was maybe supposed to be a normal look, but it kinda had a hint of "TELL ME WHO IT IS!" in it. i was like "yeah." (weird "no duh" look. but i guess some people wouldn't go out with the person they like for a few different reasons, which makes sense...). sorry bethany, but im not telling you. i just can't.

2.im not even sure i would even be able to choke it out and tell someone out loud. im better at telling secrets when i dont have to say them. not sure why.

it was just such a random comment. it was seriously out of the blue. like she interrupted my random babbling and just burst out with "you need a boyfriend". its honestly not something i expected to hear from her. i dont really have anything else to say right now because i need to do some math homework....bleck...but i just thought you should know.
