These are a few of my favorite things...

Not much has really happened since the last post, but I had a couple basketball games (the first two, in fact) and also, I just so happened to inform Clara of the existance of the site. Obviously she took it well because she set up her own little secret baby (Sports, Guys and Chocolate is where it is) so its all good. She has yet to call me a crazy psychopath or anything like that-of course I'm guessing that she hasn't read all of the posts. That can make a difference.

As you may be able to see, I'm slowly but surely adding some Christmas-ness to the blog. You know what that means right?! A NEW VIDEO! This is a sweet song by Capital Lights. You should listen to it. Do it. I promise its not screamo (aHEM *cough*yella*cough*). :)

As far as basketball goes, we won the first game and lost the second game (the loss was like 43 to like 21 or something like that but that team TOTALLY was rediculous.). I have many comments about my team and the games that I could make, but I'm not going to burden y'all with them because it would just take more time. Over all, I guess my team is ok, some of the people are nice, and one person really gets on my nerves and the rest are popular people, but that's ok. We work pretty well together (although no one passes the ball to me even when I'm wide open unless the coach forces them to) and we won the first game with a score similar to that of the one that we lost. The coach is good too, and even though when you see him at a game and he's yelling like he's coaching in the Super Bowl it won't seem like it, he's pretty nice.

So the loss was yesterday and also yesterday, I hung out at Clara's house (I practically live over there, and I'm sure her parents are sick of it) and I feel kinda bad because her dad got mad at her( did I mention what happened to him?!) for not doing the 4 dishes in the sink. Shh, but I think his hand/being stuck at home might have shortened his temper. For those of you that don't know, her dad shot his hand and lost a finger and can't go back to work for a while. Thats the long story shot...I mean short.

All I did today was go Christmas shopping and go to church and sit in the car while my mom moved some stuff for my cousin Jen. Oh ya, and I was over at Clara's house AGAIN to drop off Victoria, who was gonna go and babysit with Clara's sister.

AH! Queen Veronica has unshunned me for no apparant reason. All the sudden she started talking to me in Geometry and now she half smiles at me in the hallways and she INVITED ME OVER TO HER HOUSE. Except I had this drill thing the next morning (a.k.a yesterday) so I said I couldn't. I've decided that I'm not gonna bite her head off or anything because thats kinda not worth the energy.

The drill thing? It was interesting. We, as in the people there, went to a class for like 3 min, then we acted like it was passing time and then we were supposed to go to our next class. That for me, was lunch. When Clara and I got almost into the lunchroom, the first gunshot was fired-oh my bad, if I didn't already tell you, this was a simulation to what would happen if there was a shooter in the building and the had police, fire and medical responders there too.- so we ran into a room and sat there in the dark on the cold floor for about an hour an a half or so, and then some guy came to one of the doors and was like "The drill is off, open the door" and a guy went to open it and everyone was likke "NO NO DON'T OPEN IT!" but then the principal came in the other door and was like "I think something is wrong" and then we opened the door and part of the cafeteria had flooded! So they called off the drill early.

Quite eventful no?
